work, work with crazy 3rd grade students who couldn't wait to dive into their mailboxes they made from home and brought to school.
headache, from the craziness and non academic afternoon we had
home, james went to class and i had mckinley to myself which means we watched Elmo until dad was done! over and over and over again!
dinner, holding a one year old while trying to cook james' favorite meal...svageeetti...reminders of it's hot...don't touch...hot over and over again
putting mckinley in her booster seat, she figures she can push her legs against the table and her chair will go backwards...could have been a very bad night!
sipping on some red grape juice wishing it was the hard stuff just kidding!
opening a nice surprise from hubby as he looks in his stash of Dr.Pepper 10. Mckinley going crazy with her bubbles, even asking for them after her night time bath.
finally, lay on the couch watch glee, put baby to bed, look over at the hubs his eyes are closed. the show is over people....Happy Valentine's Day!
What I have learned from this experience, life is only happy when you choose to be happy. We had an amazing night together for the few hours we got. I love my family and my husband and am glad we have another v-day under our belt!
